Modern Slavery Act,
Transparency Statement

PRISM Strategic Intelligence Limited ("PRISM") is committed to promoting ethical employment practices and ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chains or any part of our business. In accordance with Section 54,

Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act), this statement outlines the measures PRISM has implemented to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

1. Our organisation and supply chain

PRISM operates with a straightforward supply chain model. Headquartered in London, we directly employ professionally qualified people for our core services. Our supply chain includes consultants who assist us with specific projects, as well as information and data service providers. We also engage UK-based external suppliers, such as paper and printing suppliers and those in the events sector.

2. Our approach to combatting modern slavery and human trafficking

PRISM maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and expects the same commitment from our business partners. With robust internal policies and procedures, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations as minimal. We have found no instances of such practices in our business or supply chain over the past twelve months.

To combat modern slavery, PRISM employs a risk-based approach to supplier assessments, integrating compliance with the Act into our agreements. Our suppliers undergo rigorous onboarding processes, and we retain audit and termination rights to address any breaches.

Additionally, PRISM has established policies to support our commitment to employment rights, including our Whistleblowing Policy for anonymous reporting. We also maintain due diligence processes, robust recruitment practices and market-related pay reviews.

3. Training

We prioritise integrity and ethical conduct by providing clear guidance to all employees on maintaining high professional standards, including education on recognising and addressing modern slavery and human trafficking. Our policy is accessible to everyone, with periodic staff training included.

4. Changes to policy

This policy is updated periodically, with new versions published on the website and effective immediately upon publication.
